With three spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, and two separate toilets, the apartment offers plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable while also having their own personal space.

Natural wood and spacious rooms give our two master bedrooms a cozy and homely atmosphere. Both ‘parent bedrooms’ have plenty of space for an extra bed or crib for the little ones.

Our smaller bedroom is all about action! Alongside the double bed, there’s a bunk bed perfect for climbing and retreating. We call it the kids' room – as it’s usually chosen as the favorite spot by our young guests from the very first moment!
The scent of pine wood
In our largest bedroom, one thing stands out immediately – the soothing scent of pine wood. The solid wood construction and walls of pine not only bring this lovely fragrance but also give the room a touch of a medieval castle! Through the panoramic windows, your first view upon waking is of the mountains surrounding Speiereck – a truly special way to start the day!
There is also plenty of space in our pinewood room for an extra bed or crib for the little ones.
The Kitchen – Where Everyone Comes Together!
The kitchen is the heart of our apartment, a place for everyone to gather. A large table and cozy corner bench provide plenty of space for the whole family. Right next to it, the fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need for self-catering.
For the little ones, there’s a dedicated kids’ table with chairs, and of course, a child seat for the tiniest guests!

We aim to offer an affordable and straightforward option for family (and extended family) vacations in the mountains. That’s why we keep our seasonal rates and pricing as simple as possible.
The rates are for the entire apartment per night – accommodating up to 9 guests (8 full beds plus an extra bed/crib).
If you’d like to rent our apartment for up to 4 people, feel free to contact us for a reduced rate!
